Royal Pearl Milk Tea
The classic bubble tea experience, elevated. Fragrant jasmine tea sweetened to perfection and
blended with fresh milk, poured over a generous bed of chewy black tapioca pearls. The pearls
visible through the base of the clear can make this an instant conversation piece —
iconic, indulgent and endlessly satisfying.
INGREDIENTS
· Black tapioca pearls
· Jasmine tea (brewed and chilled)
· Freshmilk
· Sugar (to taste)
· Ice
PREPARATION
- Cook black tapioca pearls according to
packet instructions until soft and
chewy. Drain and coat lightly in sugar
syrup to prevent sticking. - Brew jasmine tea and allow to cool
completely. - Place cooked pearls into the base of a
chilled clear PET can. - Add ice, then pour in the jasmine tea
and milk. Sweeten with sugar to taste. - Seal and serve immediatelywith a wide
straw.
NOTES/TIPS
Barista note: Pearls are best served fresh and within 2 hours of cooking — they harden over time.
Keep cooked pearls in warm sugar syrup until needed for the best texture.
Servetip: The cluster of black pearls visible through the base of the clear can is your
biggest visual hook. Display at eye level so customers can see them clearly. Always
serve with a wide boba straw.
