Mont Blanc

An elegant two-tone masterpiece. Zest Specialty Coffee's African Mailman concentrate —
bright, fruity and complex — poured over ice with refreshing coconut water, then crowned with
a generous pillow of silky vanilla cold foam. The dramatic dark-to-white gradient through the
clear can is pure theatre.

INGREDIENTS
· Zest Specialty Coffee — African Mailman Concentrate
· Coconut water
· Ice
· Vanilla cold foam (see preparation notes)


PREPARATION

1. Fill a chilled clear PET can with ice to
three-quarters full.
2. Pour in the African Mailman coffee
concentrate.
3. Top with coconut water, leaving room
for the foam layer.
4. Spoon or pour cold foam generously
over the top to create a distinct white
layer.
5. Seal the can carefully and serve
immediately.

NOTES/TIPS

Barista note: Combine whipping cream, milk and flavour syrup in a 3:2:1 ratio. Froth until thick
and pourable. Alternatively, use coconut cream for a tropical twist.
Servetip: Display upright — the espresso base and bright white foam layer are your
hero visual. Do not shake before serving.
