Mango Mania
A sunshine-in-a-can tropical escape — silky mango nectar blended with ripe mango and creamy banana, softened with vanilla yoghurt and chilled over ice. Naturally sweet, gloriously thick and impossible to resist.
INGREDIENTS
· Mango nectar
· Fresh mango
· Banana
· Vanilla yoghurt
· Ice
PREPARATION
1. Peel and dice fresh mango and banana
into chunks.
2. Add fruit to a high-speed blender with
vanilla yoghurt.
3. Pour in mango nectar and add a
generous scoop of ice.
4. Blend until silky smooth with no
lumps.
5. Pour into a chilled clear PET can
and seal immediately.
6. Best served cold — shake gently
before opening.
NOTES/TIPS
Servetip: The warm golden hue glows through the clear can — display in natural
light for maximum appeal. Add a mango slice on top of the sealed can for an extra
visual flourish.
