PREPARATION
1. Fill a chilled clear PET can with ice to
three-quarters full.
2. Measure and pour the Corcovado
coffee concentrate over the ice.
3. Top up slowly with fresh cold milk to
create a natural gradient.
4. Seal the can immediately to lock in
freshness.
5. Serve straight away — the ice and
coffee layers look stunning through the
clear can.
