Coconut Taro Milk Tea

Soft, dreamy and utterly irresistible. Earthy taro powder blended with creamy coconut milk and fresh milk, poured over ice for a chilled, silky-smooth tea with a gorgeous natural lavender hue. One of the most eye-catching drinks in any display — the colour sells itself.

INGREDIENTS
· Taro powder
· Coconut milk
· Fresh milk
· Ice


PREPARATION

  1. Add taro powder to a shaker or blender cup.
  2. Pour in coconut milk and fresh milk and shake or blend until the powder is fully dissolved and smooth.
  3. Fill a chilled clear PET can with ice.
  4. Pour the taro milk blend over the ice.
  5. Seal the can immediately and serve
    upright.

NOTES/TIPS

Barista note: Dissolve taro powder thoroughly before pouring — any lumps will affect both texture and appearance. A shaker bottle works perfectly for a smooth, lump-free blend every time.

★ Serve tip: The soft lavender-purple glow through the clear can is naturally beautiful and needs no garnish. Display in a well-lit spot to let the colour do the work.
